I finally left the credit union. I really miss my friends there. (R to L) Becky- my current Temple Companion, Elizabeth- my old room-mate and great friend, DeAnn- my mentor, Shane- the goof, Me, and Cami- my great friend and role model.
I got a job at an Architectural Firm in Midvale. It is called Architecture Belgique, Inc. My boss designed this building. I do drafting/receptionist work for them. I LOVE my job! P.S. That is my car out front... "Olive".
I moved out of my Grandpa Loveridge's house and got a cute apartment in Cottonwood Heights. This is Elizabeth. She was my room-mate up until October when she got married... : ( It is a good thing she doesn't know about my blog, she would probably kill me if she knew I was displaying this picture for all to see. Ha ha, serves her right for getting married and leaving me! Just kidding, I am not that vicious.
I did a lot of hiking again this summer. I think this is my favorite outdoor activity. I went on 2 hikes in Little Cottonwood Canyon. The Thackers and I also made it to the top of Bald Mountain... YES!
My mom and I went on a little road trip at the beginning of August. First we went to Yosemite National Park.
We then went on to California where we saw the Winchester mansion. That place was totally cool.

This is right in San Francisco. For all of you "Full House" fans; This is the row of houses they always would show during the opening song of the episode.
We visited Alcatraz. The tour was so amazing: something you must do if you go to San Fran.

This is a pic of me at the Golden Gate Bridge. It was so COLD! Was it Mark Twain that said the coldest winter he ever spent was a summer in San Francisco? I concur.
We went to Muir Woods. These are the TALLEST trees in the USA. It was so cool to see the giants. This was one of my favorite things that we did.

I went Skydiving!!! It was one of the most exhilarating experiences of my entire life. We went for my friend Cami's 21st birthday. Don't worry, I went Tandum style.... In other words, I didn't really need to know what I was doing.
I have noticed that I have become a bit more reckless in my old age. I loved it and will definitely do it again.
Here is the ground view... we were getting really close by this time. It took about 7 minutes to fall. We free fell for 1 minute.
Here is the plane that we fell from.
We participated in the Light the Night walk to find a cure for Leukemia at the end of October. It was fantastic! Cousin Chelsi organized our group and did an awesome job in collecting money. I also got to see all of my Vegas family: My two sisters with their cute families and the Gundersons. Definitely a huge highlight of my summer and a great way to remember Our Ty.
